RETURN POLICY

All products are eligible for return and full refund.  Replacement parts are not eligible for return.  

A return request can be sent within 14 days of receipt of the product.

READ BELOW FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2. You must purchase a return label via UPS.com or at a UPS Store.  USPS is acceptable as well.

3. After dropping off your return package, send us your original Order Number and Return Tracking Number in the CONTACT US form or email to"info@broombi.com".

4. After receiving your returned package, we will issue a full refund.
